Three ingredient recipes are my favourite, but only as long as they are delicious and healthy. Also, if they’re easy to find.
This easy banana chocolate chip cookies recipe ticks all the boxes. Make it with your kids for extra fun.
- 1 cup oats
- Dark choc chips
- 2 super ripe bananas
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place baking paper on a tray.
I used my Nutribullet miller blade to chop up the oats so it’s more powdery. But you can use any old food processor for this, or skip it altogether if you want bigger chunks of oats.
In a bowl, mash up the bananas really well with a fork. Add the oats to the bananas and mix everything up. If you want lots of chocolate chips, then you can add some chips in the mixture. Alternatively, you can add it last.
Scoop up the mixture and arrange them on the tray, flattening them a bit as you go along.
Add chocolate chip on the top. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Just keep an eye out for it because this is very quick to cook.
That’s it! Enjoy!
